Having previously used and reviewed the Rose beard oil, I was sent the Wild Hare UK Rose Nourishing Beard Balm.
Wild Hare UK name their scents after serial killers, and so I take it that this balm is names after the ever so slightly twisted and murderous Rose West!
I loved this scent in the beard oil, I had said in the review that when I first had a smell of it, it reminded me of a beard oil that I had reviewed a good few years ago.
I don’t get that so much from the balm but nevertheless it is a very nice scent.
It is a blend of
- Sweet Orange
I have grown to love Patchouli over the past 6 ish years and its earthy and musky notes are complimented by the sweet citrus orange and the floral and citrus bergamot.
It is a very nice blend and works well for me!
The base blend is
- Camelia Tea
- Mango Butter
- Grapeseed oil
- Jojoba oil
- Bees wax
- Shea Butter
- Rosehip oil
And it is so, so smooth and creamy, it is, well it is faultless is what it is!
I love a beard balm, my beard can get very dry and very messy and a balm is the best way to keep it looking like I am not homeless and this has made me a very happy old boy!
So the Wild Hare UK Nourishing Beard Balm just had to get the Golden Beard Award!
The Wild Hare UK Rose Nourishing Beard Balm comes in a 30g tin with that playful branding and costs £14.99 from wildhareuk.co.uk
