I received some products from a Dutch brand called SuperFurry, included in the package was a sample of their SuperFurry Beard Beer Wash.

I was unsure how to describe the wash and so I went onto the Superfurry website and there it was, it’s a mush and it is the perfect description!

It has beige colour and has a beautiful fresh scent,

I think it’s best if I just quote Superfurry on the wash;

Beer is known for decades for its beneficial properties, especially for Hair. Beer beard wash is a concentrated creamy soft soap mush, water has been substituted with Dutch dark Ale beer “Bokbier” in the production process. And of course all made by Uzepia.nl so this Beard Wash too, is free from Lauret Sulfate and other unnecessary chemicals. The mush has a butch fragrance of Silver Pine and Rosemary. A generous scoop out of the sturdy stoneware jar is enough to wash and clean your beard and leave it clean and moisturized.

I wet my beard and took a scoop of the wash, the initial scent is quite woody but very quickly the scent becomes very fresh. There was little lather and so I was unsure on how good this wash was going to be but after a rinse, my beard felt clean and felt really good.

I am a big fan of soap, but a product like this has a lot of benefits. You are not left with a wet bar of soap and it is very convenient to just scoop a small amount and then close the jar and also the ceramic jar is a very nice touch.

The 220 ceramic jar of Beard wash is available from the Superfurry website for €16.50 wish at today’s exchange rates is £14.46 and postage to UK using Track & Trace 12.00€ and delivery time is up to 5 days.
