In December 2018 I reviewed the RUNESILK Revolution beard balm and loved it, in fact I gave it top marks. When I recieved the Air balm, I did wonder if it could possibly be of the same standard.

It is!

The base has had a bit of a tweak with some added ingredients and is now a blend of Bees Wax, Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, Argan Oil & Vitamin E.

And wow, what a beautiful balm!

It is smooth and easily scooped from the tin and has left my beard feeling…. well bloody amazing.

It gives a nice hold and left my beard looking and feeling good.

The scent

When the samples of the Air scent was sent out, quite a few people weren’t keen and Daniel listened to the feedback and made some changes and that is the mark of a good brand. ‘Listen to feedback

I have to say that I love the scent that is a blend of Ho Leaf, Frankincense, Patchouli & Spearmint!

The freshness from the Spearmint is perfect, it is at the right strength and is the first thing you get from the Air scent. Then you get a slght woody and floral scent and if you keep your nose to the tin you also get a sweetness and slighty spicy note.

Plus it the scent really lasts on your beard, I woke up in the morning and the first thing I got was a gentle Spearmint scent. Well actually it was my wife saying “drink your tea” but you know what I mean!

Bravo, what a scent!

And it gets better, the Runesilk balms are a whopping 100ml and at a price that won’t break the bank!

Runesilk

The 100ml tin of Runesilk Elements Air beard balm costs an incredible £15 from the website.

But if you purchase the 100ml balm with the 50ml oil and wooden comb, it’s only £25!!!
