Yes up now is the review of the Mr Bear Family Woodland Beard Balm from the box of products sent to me by the brand.

And of course if you follow my reviews, you will know how much I love a good beard balm and that is exactly what this is!

It is a blend of;

  • Shea Butter
  • Beeswax
  • Lanolin
  • Apricot Kernel Oil
  • Jojoba Seed Oil
  • Coconut Oil
  • Argan Oil
  • Sunflower oil
  • Rosehip Oil

And the result is a firm balm but take a small amount and work it in your palms and it has a slight stickiness to it that I would think is from the Lanolin in the blend.

I love it, I really like that stickiness and a small amount worked into my beard gives it enough hold to keep my beard looking neat and tidy and my yet still my beard feels softer and has that natural feel to it.

The scent is a blend of;

  • West Indian Sandalwood
  • Rosemary
  • Lavender
  • Rosewood
  • Cedarwood
  • Pine
  • Sandalwood

It takes quite a lot to get me to enjoy a wood scent, but I do like the Woodland Beard Balm scent.

It is as always more subdued in the balm compared to the Woodsman beard oil, but that is quite okay with me as I really like this subdued Woodsy scent that has that Lavender sitting behind the woodsy, and it also has a slight warmth to it.

Thank you, yes please, I will have some of that!

Golden Beard Award

And so I slap one of these upon it, yes the old Golden Beard Award.
