I have been sent the Creampot Tom’s Mandarin & Cedarwood Beard Balm for review purposes from The Brighton Beard Co!
Having previously tested the Creampot Tom’s Black Pepper & Grapefruit Beard Balm, I knew what to expect from the balm and so it was really down to scent!
But that is a good excuse to use their beard balm again for three days, oh it’s a hard life!

Yes a Golden Beard Award for this balm and it is given for a few reasons.
The balm is a simple blend of;
- Shea Butter
- Beeswax
- Jojoba Oil
- Tea Tree
I love a good balm and this is a good balm, it is soft and creamy smooth pale coloured balm that is easily worked into the beard and gives a nice hold.
This means that my beard that has a tendency to be very scruffy, is left looking tidy and has a nice healthy sheen and of course feels soft.
The scent is a very nice blend, it is balanced well and the Cedarwood comes in just before the Mandarin, but if you warm a little in your hand the Mandarin jumps to the front.
I like Mandarin, it is brighter in scent than orange and works (for me) better in beard care.

The Creampot Tom’s Mandarin & Cedarwood Beard Balm costs 40ml for £12 or 80ml for £20, from The Brighton Beard Co website.
The balms are also available in;
- Jasmin & Lemon
- Lime & Basil
- Ylang Ylang & Sandalwood
- Black Pepper & Grapefruit
- Sandalwood, Elemi & Lavender
