VIDEO REVIEW AT END OF POST!
This review for those of you who regularly read and watch my reviews, was always going to be based on scent as the Balbo Beard Co balm has constantly proven to be top quality!
I have to admit that when I heard that Rhian was releasing a ‘Winter’ balm, I was unsure, for me these scents have always been a bit too powerful and contain Clove notes that repel me when I have a sniff!
But first let’s talk about the balm itself!
It is a really nice balm, it is firm but not hard and easy to scoop without being too soft, it sits in the Goldilocks zone.
A blend of Shea Butter, Organic Beeswax, Hemp Seed Oil & Argan Oil. the Balbo Balm has been one of my favourites for a long time and the brand is in my list of favourite brands and has many of its products in my favourites list!
Now this is difficult and I know it isn’t just me who is struggling to pick up the different notes in this scent blend.
It is subtle and I keep sticking my nose in the jar and seeing what I can pick up.
It is slightly spicy, slightly warm and even woodsy with some sweetness in there as well. But as I said, it is so hard to pick out the individual scents but I can tell you this.
It is my favourite Winter scent so far!
I am always happy with the results when I have a Balbo Beard Co balm in my beard, I love balms and I particularly love this brands balms.
It gives a nice hold, my beard feels so good and what more needs to be said?
Oh maybe this!
The Winter balm comes in a 60ml glass jar and costs a very reasonable £12.99 from the Balbo Beard Co website.
The Winter 30ml Beard Oil Costs £10.99 and the Combo £22.99
