Bangin Beards ‘Coconut Rum’ Beard Oil is made in Glasgow and made from 100% natural ingredients.
The Bangin Beards ‘Coconut Rum’ Beard Oil contains Almond, Grapeseed, Coconut, Argan and Jojoba carrier oils and has a clear and medium consistency. The oil is dispensed via a drip stopper and it works into the beard quite well leaving it feeling somewhat softer, however it did need refreshing during the day.
The oil has a very gentle scent that reminds me of two things, first the coconut evokes memories of laying on the beach sunbathing in Fuengirola and second dating a dodgy girl called Debbie who would drink Malibu until she was sick. However I guess that has nothing to do with it and so on we move!
The scent created from fragrance oils does have that Malibu type scent, although it won’t have that spirit punch behind it and you wouldn’t want it to, it would work very well with a little pineapple added as dodgy Debbie did. It’s actually quite a pleasant scent, I expect it would have been quite tempting to over do the scent but they have got it just right. Every now and then you just catch the scent and for me it is reminiscent of suntan oils.
The Bangin Beards ‘Coconut Rum’ Beard Oil is available in two sizes from the website, 10ml for £7.99 and 30ml for £17.99. All in all it’s not a bad oil, it is just a shame that on me my beard felt a bit dry mid way through the afternoon.
The Bangin Beards oils are also available in the following scents;
- Pure – Unscented
- Mango Melody – Mango, with hints of other exotic fruits such as melon, berries & a few others
- Forest Walk – Woodsy and citrusy
Bangin’ Beards also sell Beard wash, scissors, a wooden comb and three sizes of gift boxes.
