You can’t help but be impressed by the Seven Potions ‘Citrus Tonic’ Premium Beard Oil from the start, its branding is perfectly done.
The 1 oz/30 ml bottle comes in a card box with the eye-catching Seven Potions branding and the box inner keeps the bottle centred and away from the edges to avoid damage during transport. The box contains all the info that it should contain to be in accordance with product testing & approval as discussed in my post ‘Has your beard care product been safety assessed?‘
Seven Potions ‘Citrus Tonic’ Premium Beard Oil has a very gentle scent, its is very slightly warm & woodsy and a gentle citrus is balanced in with that. I think that this will also appeal to those that only normally use an unscented oil because it is such a gentle scent, but if not then Seven Potions also have an Unscented Oil.
The oil is made up from Apricot kernel oil, Crambe seed oil, Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Aloe Vera and Vitamin E. The result is an oil of a medium consistency that without a doubt left my beard feeling softer, it works easily into the beard hair without leaving it feeling greasy and also leaves it with a healthy sheen and will also help to prevent the skin underneath the beard becoming dry and itchy.
So all in all this is a very nice oil, if you like punchy scents then maybe it’s not for you but this scent certainly won’t offend anyone.
The Seven Potions ‘Citrus Tonic’ Premium Beard Oil comes in a 1 oz/30 ml glass bottle with a glass dropper to dispense the oil, it’s available for £17.97 from their website or from Amazon via the ‘Buy’ button at the top of the review.
